Workshop sign-up (for "Conference + Workshop" ticket holders)

At the beginning of September, we'll send an email to the address you used when buying your ticket. It has everything you need for the sign-ups: access to our online tool and the exact date and time the workshop registration opens.

On the workshop registration day, you'll get another reminder email – just to be safe. From that moment on, you can grab your spot in your favourite workshop.

If there are still seats left after the first round, we'll open a second round a few days later (don't worry, we'll give you a heads-up). That's your chance to sign up for a second workshop. You can always check the attendee app at any time, including during the conference, to see if there are still spots available in a workshop. We’ll release any remaining workshop spots last-minute, so it’s worth checking the app even if a workshop was previously fully booked.

If a spot opens up, you can sign up directly through the app.

UX Vienna Club sign-up

For the UX Vienna Club on day 1, please register in advance via this link so they can plan properly. You can do that right now.

‍Cooldown activities

‍

No sign-up needed for the cooldown activities after the conference. Spots are handed out on site, first come, first served (max. 25 people per tour).
