Recap design leaders - alpine edition

We just wrapped up an amazing 2.5 days of deep dives into UX leadership at our very first design leaders etaway in the beautiful Tyrolean Alps!

The event was packed with topics like UX governance, authentic leadership, people management, communication, handling tough conversations, discovering your leadership style, growing UX teams, and problem-solving, just to name a few. But it wasn’t all about sessions - we made sure there was plenty of time for networking, connecting, and some really engaging conversations.
