How to make great product decisions

Every product is the result of hundreds of cumulative decisions. Yet cross-functional teams often aren’t aligned on what a “good” decision even is. One person’s MVP can be another’s design debt nightmare.

So how can a UX team influence product decisions to meet company goals AND user needs?

In this session you'll see how a group of 19th century American philosophers promoted the use of assumptions to make decisions quickly. You'll take lessons from mountaineering accidents in the UK on how to make the right kind of decisions.

And you’ll learn real-world examples of frameworks and processes for product decision-making at a foundational level.

Got some juicy gossip?

We’d love to hear it (and any other questions, wishes or suggestions you have).
