How do we measure UX and the quality of design? What metrics do we choose, and how do we we translate business objectives into UX goals and design initiatives? How do we translate business objectives and OKRs into tangible design goals and initiatives — and track success over time? Well, let’s figure it out, In a live session with Vitaly Friedman, senior UX consultant of the European Parliament and creative lead of Smashing Magazine.
