Erica Jorgensen leads the product content practice at Remitly, a global remittance company based in Seattle, Washington, USA. There she leads a growing team of UX content designers and localization program managers. Erica has also led UX content teams at Slack and Microsoft and worked at startups including Amazon and Rover. She’s the author of the bestselling book, Strategic Content Design: Tools and Research Techniques for Better UX (Rosenfeld Media, 2023). Outside of work, you can find her hanging out with her rescue dog Rufus, attending concerts of all sorts, kayaking, and hiking.
